Chhitiz Gupta has over 19 years of industry exposure with design management, and contemporary Design Practices, being the founder director of DESIGN PROCESS, since 2006, he has been in the Leading Role of Design Integration with various MNC Developer groups, International Design Practices and Government agencies.

The spectrum of projects ranges from Urban Spaces, Stadia and sports complex, Infrastructure, Commercial and Retail complexes , Spa and Clubs, Hotels, Housing, large scale Township projects across India, Africa and Middle East.

Shrila Gupta is the co-founder of Design Process. She has maintained a strong connect with the academic realm as an inspiration to Inform and generate a more holistic and sustainable design approach to project design and implementation.

She started her professional journey 19 years back. She is an educationist at heart and strongly believes that Design and Research go hand in hand.
